Ceejay Finance Ltd, was incorporated in 1993 under the name of Heritage Packaging Limited in the state of Gujarat as a public limited company {vides Co.No.04-1990, since then Ceejay Finance hasn’t looked backed and is a leading non-banking Financial Company (NBFC), formed by Ceejay Group with its headquarters situated in Nadiad, Gujarat (India). Ceejay Finance Ltd is listed on Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) under the security code: 530789. The company is currently managing assets (AUM) of over ₹500 Crore and has served over 1.2 million clients nationally.Ceejay Finance Ltd is registered as an Asset Finance Company – D NBFC with the Reserve bank of India. Ceejay Finance is an integrated finance company providing financial services such as diverse vehicle loans, SME Business loans, Loan against property, Personal Loan, Micro Finance Loan and Insurance services.

C.J. Patel & Co. was established in 1919 as a partnership firm with an initial object of trading of tobacco. Subsequently the activity of manufacturing and marketing of beedis was taken up. Gradually industrial and commercial activities were spread into different states predominantly in Gujarat, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Assam, Uttarakhand etc. The Group has its offices at Ahmedabad, Baroda, Nadiad, Mumbai, Delhi, Ghaziabed, Kanpur, Calcutta, Gondia amongst other cities. The Group activities are managed by dedicated and professionally qualified personnel in the fields of Finance, Marketing and production.The consistent growth in turnover and profitability of the group is by virtue of professional and innovative management policies. The Group’s core activity centers are manufacturing and marketing of beedis, tobacco and Tendu Leaves (Bidi Leaves), finance and Real Estate. The Group is actively engaged in the business of real estate and has also recently constructed commercial and residential properties at Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Nadiad.
"Group is also involved in Eco-friendly power generation through Wind Turbine (WTG). The group has installed capacity of 8.45 MW with its windmills situated in Rajashtan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra.The group is also availing Carbon Credit Benefits as per policy of UNFCCC."
The Group has donated for educational, social and medical services by setting up engineering science and arts colleges, Civil Hospital and Kidney Hospital at Nadiad and Gondia. In the past the Group has donated Rs. 1 Crore for the most modern heart hospital constructed at Nadiad.
Board Of Directors
Ceejay Finance has highly experienced board of directors, which comprises of a Non-Executive Chairman, a Managing Director and Five Non-Executive Directors. Four of the non-executive directors are independent directors. Ceejay Finance was promoted by Mr. Harshad Dalal who was also a Chairman of the Company and Mr Deepak Patel who is the Managing Director of the Company.
Mr Deepak Patel has completed his MBA from University of Florida (Miami) and is also engaged in the manufacturing & marketing of beedis. Mr Deepak Patel also has experience in the business of finance, investments, Power Generation and real estate. He currently looks after day to day activities of the company.
Mr Kiran Patel is a commerce graduate who has over 35 years of experience in the beedi and tobacco industry. Mr Kiran Patel has been looking after the manufacturing, marketing of beedis along with accounting, finance and taxation of the whole group. Mr Kiran Patel is a member of the Bidi Merchant Association of India (BMAI), a forefront organisation whose primary objective is to help the tobacco farmers, beedi wrapping labourers and the whole beedi industry.
Mr Shailesh Patel is a commerce graduate, who looks after the purchasing, quality and mixing of tobacco which is used for manufacturing beedis for over 2 decades.
Mrs Mrudulaben Patel has completed her B.Sc and is a trustee for numerous educational institutions, she has experience of over 3 decades in education industry.
Mr Bharatbhai Amin is an Income tax practitioner for over 3 decades in Kheda district.
Mr Sunilbhai Patel is a commerce graduate from M.S University (Vadodara), and is a tobacco merchant for over 5 decade.
